The story of Alfonso Pepe and his passion for the art of patisserie goes back to the 1980s. Alfonso's very finest achievements have been in the field of larger baked goods, such as panettone and colomba, signature pieces from his Salerno-based workshop. His citrus, apricot and white fig creations are truly lip smacking and must be ordered well in advance.
