Federica Rosso and sisters Simona and Anna Maria, supervised by their mother Giancarla, head this all-female business devoted entirely to rice. The quality-focused farm extends over around 40 hectares and works towards protecting the environment and producing healthy, traceable products. As well as Carnaroli, semi-wholegrain and black rice, it also produces a tasty range of ready-to-cook risottos, its Eclettici range of black and red rice, and its Fioriti range that contains rice, edible flowers, and special herbs and plants grown on the farm.
