The brand is represented by a farmer association that is currently one of the largest in Italy, the Cooperativa Agricola Giulio Bellini. With a century under its belt as far as production is concerned, it also pays great attention to the environment and to technological innovation. Since 1992 the brand has produced organic flour obtained from cereals grown by members, especially spelt and wheat grown in the Ferrara area. It was one of the first to import Kamut® khorosan, and today is a major producer at world level. The range includes many types of flour (including stone- ground), special, bio and Senatore Cappelli durum wheat. From sowing to harvest, milling, storage of flour, everything is strictly controlled and certified.
