The history of the brand dates back to the 1930s when La casa del Caffè, founded in the early 20th century in Florence, was taken over by the Paladini family. Today the company head office can be found in the Mugello countryside, just outside Borgo San Lorenzo. The coffee beans are selected from the best growing areas: Brazil, Colombia, India, Indonesia. The roasting process is carefully monitored to guarantee the tempting aromas and unique features in the various blends of arabica, noir and mild coffees.
