Maso del Gusto was founded in the 1950s and is the first organic farm in Trentino. After overcoming the difficulties of converting to a new type of cultivation and the consequent downsizing of production, Roberto Loner devoted years to virtuous farming. He uses the fruits of his 18 hectares of orchards (ten apple and three pear cultivars) to produce his famous persecche dried apple slices, a range of bio fruit snacks, and great organic apple juice, including a concentrate version.
