Andrea and Lorenzo are the fourth generation of the Bianco family, beekeepers since the late 1800s, producing honey from stable hives in the best Italian habitats. There is linden in Val d'Ossola; wildflower and rhododendron in Parco del Gran Paradiso; sunflower in Tuscany; clementine in Calabria; eucalyptus, thyme and citrus in Sicily; strawberry tree in Sardinia. As well as rosemary, acacia, chestnut, and dandelion. Their Mielò liqueur is made from Erbaluce di Caluso grappa and citrus honey, and there are exclusive delicacies like orange honey pralines.
