Lovison

Description

We owe the invention of musetto, a type of cotechino with 110 years of history, to Lovison. In over a century the business has grown but without compromising the quality or the passion. In the Spilimbergo cured meat factory great care is taken over the ingredients (pigs raised and butchered in Friuli, fed on non-GMO fodder) and the processing, with heat dissection, and filling and tying by hand. Other charcuterie products by Lovison include soppressa, salami and an excellent matured lard.
