Leopardi

Description

Leopardi has been operating since 1947, across four generations, from Empedocle (also known as 'Pepparone'), who began producing porchetta and selling it from his kiosk, to his great-grandson Giorgio, who's grown the business and brought its products to international markets. They produce PGI Ariccia porchetta and tronchetto (specialties of central Italy) using traditional recipes. One of Leopardi's strengths lies in the seasoning used, a characteristic and lively mix of spices dominated by notes of rosemary, alongside garlic and black pepper.
