Owned by the Cambiano family, this organic farming business occupies 17 hectares estate in the stunning Val di Erro landscape. Here Italian chamois goats are raised in the wild, and their milk is processed to make excellent cheese, following artisan methods. There are three products: the fresh Rubine Primo Amore; Rubine Primo Amore, a cheese blended from evening and morning milkings, matured for about 40 days; and Robiolone Max 1er, ripened at high altitude, unique for taste and fragrance.
