Now vaunting 220 members, Latteria Soresina was founded in 1900. Its mission as a cooperative was to process milk produced by its members, united by a bond seen in its huge attachment to its territory. Latteria Soresina's four facilities work only with milk produced by the 48,000 cows reared in nearby dairy farms, which helps to ensure top quality of the raw materials delivered, as well as precise and constant control of the entire chain. The company produces excellent cheese, butter and milk, including lactose-free, and for Latte Milano and Latte Bergamo brands, but also cream, béchamel sauce, yogurt, Grana Padano, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
