Description

After discovering that he had a gluten intolerance, Sergio Arzilli dedicated himself to making chocolate. Passion for craftsmanship is at the heart of his work, as evidenced by his decision in 1992 to dedicate an entire production line to Turin, the city where his creations are made using a mix of high-quality cocoa and only select ingredients. Their chocolate truffle, the Perla Nera, is literally their crown jewel, but they offer a wide range of products, like cream spreads (including pistacchio, a recent addition), the dark chocolate truffle (which is suitable for vegans), the pistachio truffle, sugar-free milk chocolate and dark chocolate, hazelnut gianduja chocolate bars, mini-truffles (pistachio, stracciatella, hazelnut white chocolate with dark chocolate flakes), the Regio (a creamy praline), and the Perla BIanca, a white hazelnut chocolate truffle. Care, effort and attention to detail go into their elegant packaging and to their recipes, all of which has contributed to their success at home and abroad.
