Trattoria Amerigo has more than 80 years of experience and it was precisely its family expertise that conceived selling its traditional craft preserves to the public. Since 1996 its La Dispensa brand has sold outstanding products, including several Slow Food Presidia. The shopping basket is tempting with PGI Aceto Balsamico di Modena balsamic vinegar; saba; Rosolio, vegetables in oil, pickles; ready sauces and ragouts; cream of vegetable; jams, cream of Parmigiano and of Fossa cheeses. There is also an organic label.
