Piennolo grape, corbara cherry, and organic tomatoes are key products, along with some other, equally important types, processed for tasty canned versions. The company, on the outskirts of Naples, produces classic peeled, diced, pulp and purée; organic purée, filets, pulp, and sauce; San Marzano PDO; baby plum, including the Monti Lattari cultivar. Corbara cherry tomatoes are also used for juices, crushed, and in brine; Piennolos are used for sauce, a spicy version, and crushed. Also available ready sauces, boiled organic pulses, and vegetables in olive oil.
