Diemme Industria Caffè Torrefatti, a historic producer specialized in coffee, was founded more than 90 years ago and has since been led continuously by the Dubini family. Research, passion, innovation and quality are the principles on which their production philosophy is founded, including the scrupulous selection of green coffee and toasting, which are carried out with the production capabilities of a modern business, but while respecting artisanal tradition, maintaining elegant and carefully designed packaging and performing constant quality controls. It's all accompanied by a thorough training programme that's personalized according to client needs and that has given rise the Diemme Academy. They also have their own concept of developed coffee, Caffè Diemme Italian Attitude, which captures the philosophy of the business's brands: Caffé Diemme, the historic Albignasego brand, comprises their blends; Speciali are their limited edition selections, including their single-origin and speciality coffees (from a single plantation); Torrefazioni Dubbini is a project dedicated to top-quality pastries.
