In addition to good organic EVO, the farm produces its own prime quality items, and acquires from cooperatives and other businesses that apply natural working methods. The product list includes over 400 entries, including pulses, grain and puffed cereals, muesli, stone-milled flour, pasta made from different types of cereals (durum wheat, spelt, soya, Kamut, rice, corn, rye, buckwheat), bread and bakery products, couscous, vegetable stock cubes, dried fruits, canned tomato sauce, sea salt, wine, beer, and fruit juices.
