Cristina and Silvia Crotti have inherited their father's passion and grown it into an internationally renowned business, while keeping faith with the ancient art of making balsamic vinegar. In addition to the PDO Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia, with the 12-year silver and 25-year gold stamp of ageing, both of excellent standard, the company offers a fine range of condiments, with well-designed labels and packaging that make them ideal gifts: balsamic creams, saba, apple and wine vinegar, and pralines.
