All of the products sold by I Prodotti del Casale are grown on the Pratticò family's own land in Capo Bruzzano, a region known for its clean soil, air and favorable climate. Fruits and vegetables are all harvested at just the right time, using proven natural methods, and then transformed in sauces and preserves. Tomatoes take a leading role, especially the puree, which is bottled with no added salt. We should mention their sweet peppers as well as their selection of organic juices, which include bergamot, tomato (sugar-free) and strawberry.
