Hombre

Description

This 300-hectare farm is still known by the nickname attributed to Umberto Panini (who invented the famous Panini stickers) when he emigrated to Venezuela. It has certified organic, closed-loop production and makes Parmigiano Reggiano cheese with the milk from its own cows, raising about 500 Friesians, fed natural foods from the farm's own fields and mill. The cheese is available in whole wheels or in slabs of 200 grams upwards, aged from 12 to 36 months. Also worthy of note the butter and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
