Hammer was launched in 2015, thanks to an investment made by the Brigati family. The size of the place alone gives you an idea of their commitment to excellence. One man has stepped up to manage a brewery that counts itself as among the largest in the country and proven he is equal to the task. Marco Valeriani, a food-techie and lifelong beer lover has experience to match his passion, demonstrating from the outset his ability to work magic with hops. His work is particularly inspired by Anglo-Saxon brewing traditions.
