Created in 2004 by Pino Spanu and specialized in the processing and sale of Sardinian and Mediterranean fish, Gusti Pregiati is Tharros Pesca's brand of preserved seafood. Their flagship product is bottarga (salt-cured fish roe), which comes in three lines. 2020 saw the addition of bluefin tuna in extra virgin olive oil, anchovies in oil and anchovy sauce (from salting in chestnut barrels).
