Description

The farm estate covers 560 hectares that roll between the provinces of Perugia and Terni. A certified organic outfit, managed with passion and love for the land by agronomist Guido Alberti and his wife Paola. The product range is rich and varied, but the lion's share goes to pulses and cereals: chickpeas, lentils, grass peas, beans, cowpeas, mixed soups with cereals, barley and spelt, and even a chickpea pâté. There is no shortage of flour (chickpea, spelt, Senatore Cappelli durum wheat), olive oil, pasta, and even organic Chianina meat.
