The exceptional quality is well-known and has received many awards, and includes sensational collection vinegars like Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI Profumato; Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI Classico: Riccardo Giusti PGI; Quarto Centenario PGI; Banda Rossa PGI; and Biologico PGI. Then the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena PDO (minimum ageing 12 years), and Extravecchio (minimum ageing 25 years); the precious Giusti Riserva: Piccole Donne; Eredi, and condiments, creams, salt, chocolates, even panettone.
