In 1938, in a small bakery in a village in the province of Sondrio, brothers Mario and Enea began to bake biscuits using wholesome, genuine ingredients. The products soon became popular throughout Valtellina and since then the Galbusera family has always invested in prime raw materials, food safety, and making sure its range is delicious. As the years passed, these factors made the company a market leader for nutritious baked goods. No GMOs are used by the company, which aims to combine good flavour with good health, and never uses additives or hydrogenated fats. Galbusera also produces gluten-free biscuits and a tasty diet range. The products are ideal for breakfast and snacks, and the Cosio facility ships these very Italian goodies worldwide.
