Forno Fabbri


The Fabbri family company was established in 1971 and immediately specialized in food. The business developed in two different workshops, one for fine foods and the other for bread and cakes, creating products designed to meet high quality standards. The range includes melba toasts and large cakes for the festivities like colomba, panettone and pandoro. The most recent addition is a line of typical Romagna products, like zucarén made from butter and fresh cream, and scrocladènt, made from almonds.
