Fini

Description

In the beginning there was the speciality store and restaurant, opened by Telesforo Fini in 1912. Even then, Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena and Aceto Balsamico di Modena vinegars were being produced in the back of the store, so it comes as no surprise that Fini is one of the founders of today's Consorzio Aceto Balsamico di Modena. In the company attic, one of the oldest vinegar cellars in the industry, some wooden barrels date back to the 18th century. The product is appreciated the world over and today, as in 1912, the tradition is unchanged, using the best must, patiently aged in cherry, chestnut, oak, and mulberry casks. In addition to the original, traditional vinegars, also in a spray version and as a limited edition, there are glazes, oils and special seasonings. The Fini group owns the Fini Modena brand specializing in the production of fresh filled pasta, and Le Conserve della Nonna, producing in the Ravarino plant. The group recently acquired Greci Industria Alimentare, a leader in the catering sector.
