Review

Ever since the 19th century the Agosta family have cultivated their land, about 270 contiguous hectares, here in the Belice Valley. Production revolves around a short, closed and controlled supply chain. Feudo Mondello have a mill with a natural stone grinder that processes the grains into semolina, and a pasta factory where the various types of bronze-drawn pasta are produced and then dried at length at low temperatures.
