Fattoria Scaldasole

Description

Almost 30 years ago, in Anzano del Parco, north of Milan, the Roveda husband-and-wife team founded this company. In the beginning there were bio juices made from oranges and blood oranges. The crucial factor from the start was procuring certified raw materials for healthy, natural products with low environmental impact and recyclable packaging. Soon the Rovedas moved on to production of various types of yogurt using organic and certified biodynamic milk, garnering gluten-free certification in 2012. Lastly, there is a dessert line. In 2005, Fattoria Scaldasole, formerly part of the Heinz Group (Plasmon), was acquired by the French agri-food giant Andros.
