This is the home of faldacchea, a traditional delicacy of Turi. The chocolate-covered cake contains soft almond paste and sponge enclosing a delicious filling. Cherry, limoncello, coffee, pistachio are just a few of the 19 flavours available (including gluten-free!). The pastries are made by artisanal methods, starting with strict selection of ingredients, finely decorated by hand, and presented in individual paper cases.
