Outstanding pork, sea salt, modern technology and expert craftsmanship are the cornerstones of Dok's products. In 2017 the international bent that has long characterized this historic Friulian producer led to a partnership with a firm specialized in top-quality French gastronomy, opening up new possibilities for expansion into foreign markets.
