The Ca' Verde dairy is the beating heart of an agricultural cooperative established in 1978, in an real agricultural and farming terrain, situated on the slopes of Mount Baldo and along the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The cheeses are made with cow and goat milk from the farm's own livestock, processed in a hygienic environment for fresh dairy products like yoghurt and ricotta, stretched-curd cheeses, ripe cow's milk cheeses, pecorino, and the mouthwatering Monte Veronese PDO.
