With more than 30 years of history behind it, but with a tradition reaching back to the mists of time, this family company produces PDO Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena, balsamic vinegars in the 12-year and Extravecchio 25-year versions that have won awards worldwide, and a PGI Aceto Balsamico di Modena. All made according to the classic must boiling process, and ageing in kegs of decreasing size. Also on offer are white and red wine vinegar; Balsamico PGI jelly, great with cheese; balsamic pearls; and condiments.
