Over the course of several decades, Attilio Bottola's company has selected coffee from plantations in around 80 countries worldwide, producing premium coffees, including single-origin varieties, grand crus and blends, to suit a range of tastes. It focuses particularly on small-scale plantations to help safeguard biodiversity, and produces around a dozen single-origin coffees, from Brazil, Santo Domingo, India, Nepal, and Guatemala, as well as five blends and a gourmet line.
