Gino Perissutti, Italy's 2011 brewer of the year, is the owner of this craft brewery in a charming village located in the Alpine region of Carnia. The first beer was brewed in 2008 and since then Gino has never stopped, sustained by a great passion and a desire to imprint his beers with local character, using special ingredients such as dwarf pine resin and pine needles. He mas four labels available, each in a different style, some seasonal.
