The company was created in the late 1800s by Vincezo Besio, grocer and confectioner, who also learned the art of candying fruit. Over the years this lovely company has always been family-run and specialized in candied crystallized and glacé fruit, marrons glacés, jams and preserves. The star of the production process is Savona chinotto: candied, preserved in maraschino or used for marmalades, liqueurs and syrups.
