The Belfiore farm has been established on the Pescara hills since 1851, a byword for monitored crops and processing of quality produce. In addition to its good EVO and DOC wines like Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Pecorino, it has an excellent range of vegetables in oil including garlic, turnip greens, mushrooms, jardinière, olives, chilli peppers, dried tomatoes, artichokes, and fava beans; tomato sauce; dressings; pesto; fruit jams; honeys; various types of bronze-drawn durum wheat artisanal pasta.
