Barbero

Description

Confetteria Barbero is a legend dating back to 1881, acquired several years ago by Mr and Mrs Torta. The patisserie is a byword for the famous Baci di Cherasco, delicious morsels of fine dark chocolate mix blended with Piedmont hazelnuts toasted according to an ancient recipe and coarsely crushed. Then there are pralines, truffles, gianduiotti, dragées, chocolate bars, hot chocolate mixes, and chocolate-dipped Sicilian candied orange peel, coffee beans and even grissini.
