A family-run business, founded by Aldo and Tea Amadori, with the desire to create condiments that would carry the flag of Liguria high in the world. Founded in 1998, after 30 years of marketing evo olive oil and typical Ligurian condiments, they dedicated themselves to the production of sauces with the first Artigiana Amadori' brand. Since the early 2000s, it has been their children Marika and Simone who have taken the company forward in Italy and the world with the new Artigiana Genovese brand, cleverly combining tradition and innovation. Today, Filippo (grandson of the founders) has joined the company, the first step in guaranteeing generational continuity.
