The Angellozzis have long been renowned as truffle hunters. Truffles were once bartered here in exchange for other foods and truffle hunting has now become a very profitable business. White truffles and other varieties are sourced from the family's own truffle woods in different locations and at different altitudes. Most truffles are sold fresh, but some are frozen in packs of different weights. Truffles in brine, truffle carpaccio, minced truffles and creams are all available.
