Andriani is one of the most important producers in the field of "innovation food", with an entire plant dedicated solely to gluten-free items. Their brand, Felicia, is comprised mostly of pasta made with gluten-free grains (whole rice, corn), pseudocereals (buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth) and legumes (lentils, peas, beans), 90% of which are organically grown. In 2016, they also launched a selection of flour mixes for sweet and savory baked goods.
