The Genovesio family had been running its Locanda della Posta restaurant and hotel for years, when it was decided to offer guests a souvenir of the flavours sampled there. The result was a range of delicacies made with tried-and-tested recipes and genuine ingredients. Vegetables in oil, vinegar, or sweet and sour condiment; sauces including with game; dressings and creams; terrines; anchovies; pâtés; olives; jellies; fruit relish; jams and preserves; fruit in syrup and in alcohol; many types of honey and, for those with sweet tooth, biscuits, biscuit cakes, plum cakes, and logs.
