Agriform

Description

The cooperative Agriform was established in 1980. They produce, age and sell high-quality local cheeses from the Padana Plain, using local milk, farmed by thousands of ranchers, who are also partners of the producers. Their commitment to quality standards in all respects and throughout all phases of production is commendable; and their range of products is impressive. This includes Grana Padano PDO (including a version aged for 28 months, Oro del Tempo Stravecchio), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (aged 12-30 months), Oro del Maso (from Alto Adige), fresh and aged Asiago (for up to over 10 months), Piave PDO (also available as an aged cheese), Montasio and Monte Veronese PDO. There's also Gorgonzola, Provolone, Pecorino Romano and mozzarella, not to mention a convenient grated cheese mix that can be used in the kitchen for any number of purposes.
