Adamas Caviar, Italy's exclusive Italian caviar, comes from sturgeons bred by Salmo-Pan inside of the Tormo River Park. The pond where the various breeds and crossbreeds of the fish are raised gets its water from a fresh, constantly-renewing river spring, and only GMO-free feed is used. Their caviar is made by master salters using the traditional Malossol method (small amounts of salt). Consumers can choose among their Aqua, Black, Green, Yellow and Pink caviars (the prized Ossetra caviar), or their finest, Golden caviar, from the rare albino sturgeon, and Blue, from the noble Beluga sturgeon.
