The Cabernet Franc comes from a half-hectare, southwest-facing vineyard overlooking the sea. Vinified in untreated concrete tulip-shaped tanks and aged in large casks, it achieves surprising intensity and finesse. Red and black fruit, ink, Mediterranean herbs, and a gracefully contoured hit of mint introduce a palate of substance and striking elegance.
