The Zero 24 by Enzo Sestito is part of a line conceived as a tribute to tradition. These wines are made without selected yeasts, sulfites, or filtration, and bottled in the one-liter format once used in old Cirò taverns. A white-vinified gaglioppo, it yields aromas of citrus, apricot, nettle, and red salt. The palate is sapid, fresh, and taut, with a long, citrusy finish.
