There is an air of understated elegance and a cozy, warm atmosphere in the restaurant whose name is reminiscent of Puccini's opera. Dishes that interpret traditional Italian recipes arrive at the tables. The different recipes offer a panorama of regional cuisine from North to South, which together with imported ingredients give a faithful picture of the cuisine of the Bel Paese. However, we would like to applaud the wine list. A really well thought-out list of labels that denotes research and a selection that allows you to range between different producers, styles and types of wine. For this reason we are happy to award the Villa Sandi Contemporary Wine List in Washington to Tosca.
