Johanna Hellrigl & Micah Wilder are the spouses who leads Ama (lit. “love” in Italian). The mission is to give an authentic italian experience regarding food. And they succeed in giving one. The menu changes seasonally and the ingredients are selected prioritizing sustianable and regenerative agriculture.
