Giorgia Calabrese and Matteo Paderni embarked on a project in 2014 to bring Italian seafood flavors to Coconut Grove. So many ingredients are imported to give a taste of Italian cuisine, and even for wine, the focus is to make available labels that give an overview of Italian production. The service is professional, yet welcoming and attentive.
