Chef Luigi Marenco's passion for the cuisine and flavors of his homeland led him to open -along with his wife Esperanza and son Gian Marco- this restaurant in Margate, replicating the one he opened in his hometown of Cassine in Piedmont. Of course the pasta is the star of the menu, but there is no shortage of other recipes with an Italian flavor and traditional setting. We point out a well-selected wine list with many references from all over Italy that will make some Italian wine enthusiasts happy.
