Milk chocolate-covered hazelnuts are one of Pura Delizia's specialities. They are made with selected Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, which are lightly pralined and then covered with a thin layer of milk chocolate, a bean-to-bar chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa and a distinct caramel aroma. A harmonious combination of aromatic nuts with the dark notes of chocolate, tempered by the warm, maternal notes of milk powder, with a pinch of fleur de sel to add zest to the flavour.
