It's hard to find better pasta in town. Chef Roberto knows his stuff, when it comes to tagliatelle, pappardelle or bucatini pasta. Start with some quality cold cuts, and then, among the first courses, think of the generous tagliatelle with Texas raised lamb sauce, or the lasagna that is just as good.
